Dr. Jeremy McMorris
Lead Pastor
Jeremy McMorris serves as our Lead Pastor and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. He received his B.A. in Pastoral Studies and M.S. in Counseling from Bob Jones University, and his D.Ed.Min in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
As Lead Pastor, Jeremy is responsible for leading our staff, preaching God's Word, pastoring and shepherding our congregation, and interceding through prayer. He is a gifted preacher and teacher, with a heart for communicating the truth of Scripture in a way that is both engaging and applicable.
Jeremy is married to Angie, and together they have four children: Jay, Christiana, Evangeline, and Abraham. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, and also has a variety of hobbies that he enjoys, including hunting, reading, fitness, travel, and eating great food.
Jeremy's testimony is a powerful witness to the transforming work of God in his life. He was born again at the age of 12 and grew up as a "preacher's kid," which gave him many wonderful ministry experiences and relationships. He has served as a Student Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor all over the country in places such as South Carolina, California, and Texas.

Victor Miller
Executive Pastor
Victor Miller serves as our Executive Pastor. He is a graduate of West Texas A&M, where he earned his B.A. degree, and later he earned his M.A. in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is responsible for providing oversight of the facility, finance, and staff needs of the church. With decades of pastoral experience, Victor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. He is passionate about creating systems and processes that help our church operate efficiently and effectively, enabling us to better serve our congregation and community.
Victor is married to Theresa, and they have two children and three grandchildren. When he's not working, Victor loves to go to the mountains and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. He is also a very proud grandparent and loves spending time with his grandchildren. Victor's heart for service and his dedication to our church's mission make him an essential part of our team.

Anthony Watt
Discipleship Pastor
Meet Anthony Watt who serves as our Discipleship Pastor. He earned a B.S. from West Texas A&M and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our church.

Joy Cole
Preschool & Children's Minister
Joy Cole serves as our Children's Minister at Paramount. She earned her B.A from Oklahoma Baptist University and her M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
As our Children's Minister, Joy oversees our Preschool and Children's Ministry. Her passion for children's ministry and her heart for sharing the Gospel are evident in all she does.
Joy is married to Greg, and they have one child. Outside of ministry, Joy enjoys growing flowers, reading, and baking. Her love for baking translates to ministry as she is often found whipping up delicious treats for our children's events. We are blessed to have Joy as a part of our ministry team! She would love to connect with anyone interested in getting their child involved in the children’s ministry.
As our Children's Minister, Joy oversees our Preschool and Children's Ministry. Her passion for children's ministry and her heart for sharing the Gospel are evident in all she does.

Dave Anderson
Connections Pastor
Dave Anderson is our Connections Pastor. Dave is a graduate of Westmont College where he earned his B.S., and he later received his M.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Dave is responsible for overseeing our First Impressions Team, Safety Team, Online Ministry, and Membership and Assimilation efforts. In his role, Dave ensures that all those who attend our church feel welcome and connected. He is committed to creating a warm and inviting environment where people can encounter God and build meaningful relationships with others.
Dave is married to Vanessa, and they have two children. When he's not serving in ministry, he enjoys playing golf and traveling. Dave is an excellent golfer and loves to challenge himself on the course. He also loves to travel and explore new places. Dave's passion for people and his heart for hospitality make him an excellent fit for his role as Connections Pastor.

Pastor of Adults 55+ and Pastoral Care
Lance Herrington is our Pastor to Adults 55+ and oversees Pastoral Care at our church. He holds a B.M. from Hardin-Simmons University and an M.A. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In his role, Lance oversees our Median and Senior Adult Ministry, Bereavement Ministry, and Hospital Visitations.
Lance is married to Lori and they have two children and three grandchildren. When he's not ministering to our congregation, Lance enjoys playing in a senior league softball, playing music, and staying fit through working out. Lance's heart for ministry and his commitment to caring for those in our congregation is an inspiration to us all.

David Preston
Missions & Community Impact Pastor
David Preston is our Missions and Community Impact Pastor. He holds a B.A. from Wayland Baptist University and an M.A. from Gateway Theological Seminary.
David is responsible for overseeing our Missions Ministries, ESL ministry, and community outreach projects.
David is married to Wendy and together they have three children. When he's not working, David enjoys exploring new cultures, spending time with his family, and indulging in spicy food. His commitment to missions and community outreach has brought about significant change in the lives of those he serves!

Jonatan Reyna
Pastor of Hispanic Ministries
Meet Jonatan Reyna, our Spanish Pastor who leads our Paramount en Espanol ministry and outreach to the Hispanic community. Jonatan received his B.A. degree from Louisiana Baptist University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
As our Spanish Pastor, Jonatan's responsibilities include providing spiritual guidance to our Spanish-speaking community and fostering growth in faith through his outreach work. He is passionate about connecting with people and helping them feel welcome and included in our church family.
When Jonatan is not working, he loves to play soccer, spend time with his wife Karli and their three kids, and play music. We are grateful for Jonatan's dedication to serving our church and are excited to see how God continues to use him in our community.

Jonathan "JT" Travis
Worship & Technology Associate
Meet Jonathan Travis, or JT, our Worship and Technology Associate at Paramount. JT is currently pursuing an M.T.S from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, adding to his education that includes a B.S. from Dallas Baptist University.
JT has a vital role in our church, overseeing our A/V/L Ministries, Sound on Sunday Morning, Student Ministry Worship, and currently serves as our Interim Worship Pastor. He brings an unmatched passion for technology and worship to his work, ensuring that our sound quality is top-notch and our worship biblically grounded.
In his free time, JT enjoys buying guitars, smoking meat, and vacationing with his wife Rachael and their five kids. We are fortunate to have him as a part of our staff and know he will continue to do excellent work in serving our congregation.

Mikka Clear
Preschool Associate
Mikka Clear is our Preschool Ministry Associate and Mother's Day Out director.
She oversees all preschool ministry activities and has been an integral part of our church's early childhood programs for several years.
Mikka is married to Gregg and they have three sons and two grandkids. She is a devoted family woman and enjoys spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren. When Mikka is not busy with her church duties, she enjoys taking on home improvement projects. Mikka's dedication to our church's preschool ministry and her passion for creating a warm and welcoming environment for young children are evident in everything she does!

Mikayla Garren
Executive Administrative Assistant
Mikayla Garren serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant at Paramount. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts. Mikayla spent time in New York where she assisted the CEO, CFO, HR and Accounting departments at a tech company. Most recently, she was the director of a local community youth theater.
In her role at Paramount, Mikayla assists the Lead and Executive Pastors with administrative and communicative work.
Mikayla is married to Ryce and the two of them enjoy worshiping together on the worship team at Paramount. In their free time, they enjoy playing games with friends and family, babysitting their nieces and nephews, and exploring small European towns. Mikayla's joy for creativity and office efficiency make her an excellent addition to our staff.

Wade Cavitt
Director of Facilities & Events
Wade Cavitt serves as our Facilities Director at Paramount. He has a B.S. from Howard Payne University.
Wade has extensive experience in facilities management. In his role, Wade oversees the maintenance and repairs of the entire Western St. campus, in addition to the management of our vehicle fleet, landscaping, and Activity Center.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Pam, and their four children. He is an avid fan of golf, and loves vacationing with his family. Additionally, he is involved in officiating high-school volleyball games. With his attention to detail and dedication to excellence, Wade plays a vital role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and prepared for ministry.

Missionary in Residence
Danial Habte is our Pastor of All Nations Church and Missionary in Residence. He holds a B.A. from Betego College in Asmara, Eritrea and did continuing education at the University of Nation in Amman, Jordan. Danial has dedicated his life to serving God's people. In his role, Danial oversees All Nations Church, a ministry that aims to reach out to the diverse international communities in our area.
Danial is married to Weini and they have two daughters. When he's not ministering to our congregation, Danial enjoys traveling internationally and swimming.
Danial's passion for reaching people from all walks of life and his commitment to spreading the Gospel to every corner of the world is an inspiration to us all.

Pastoral Assistant/Receptionist
Karolyn Price serves as our Pastoral Assistant and Receptionist. She holds an A.A. from Amarillo College and is an integral part of our church office team.
In her role, Karolyn serves as the Office Manager, assisting the Lead Pastor and other pastors as needed.
Karolyn is married to Joel and they have three children and two granddaughters. When she's not working, Karolyn enjoys spending time with her granddaughters, traveling, and participating in Paramount mission trips. Karolyn's welcoming smile and positive attitude create a warm and inviting atmosphere in our church office.

Lexi Zalman
Family Ministry Assistant
Lexi Zalman is the Family Ministry Assistant at Paramount.
She works closely with Joy, Will, and Anthony to support all aspects of our family ministry programs. Under Will’s direction, Lexi also teaches and leads the Preteen Ministry, helping Preteens to grow in their faith!
Lexi is married to Michael, and they have one child. Her commitment to family is reflected in both her personal and professional life. In her free time, Lexi enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in activities such as board games, and exploring the great outdoors through hot air ballooning. Lexi's passion for family ministry and her unwavering dedication to supporting our church community make her an asset to our team!

In addition to her ministry work, Brittanie volunteers in the Student Ministry and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. With her education and passion for ministry, Brittanie is a valuable member of our church staff and is dedicated to serving our congregation and community!
