EQUIP: Biblical Counseling is about bringing scripture to bear in one another's lives to grow in Christ. We will laugh, learn, and encourage each other every step of the way! Whether you’re navigating a tough season or just hungry to know God more, join us for a midweek boost of truth, fellowship, and practical help.
Grab a friend and we’ll see you on Wednesday nights beginning September 3rd from 6:30–8:00 pm in Room A200—because growing in Christ is better when we grow together!

•Who can come to Equip? You! Whether you attended before or not!
•Who should come to Equip? Anyone interested in growing through their next steps in growing in Christ.
•What do I bring? A Bible/device, an open heart to learn, and a friend!
•How much homework is there? The homework is very intentional and thoughtful. It is not voluminous, but it is meaningful.
•What’s going to happen there? We’ll meet for large group with an initial teaching from one of our master teachers. Then we will have discussion in our table groups of 6 to 8 people.
•Will there be snacks? Of course!
•What do I wear? Come as you are! (mostly, haha!)
•Where does the curriculum come from? It is written by Dr. Jeremy McMorris, Anthony Watt, and David Malone.
•Why do I need to develop the ability to do biblical counseling? I’m not going to be a counselor. Counseling is something we do often even if we’re not fully aware of it. But, it’s important for that counseling to be based on truth. The only source of truth is the Bible. This course will help you learn to point to scripture when you or someone you know needs hope, peace, encouragement, and practical application of the word in your life.
•Do I need to be a member or attend Paramount to participate? No, but we would love to welcome you! Feel free to ask any one of us about it!
•Is there a cost? Or a workbook? No, there’s no charge.
