Aaron Groff | Student Pastor
Aaron oversees every aspect of the youth ministry, including 626, Sunday Bible Study, discipleship, special events, and anything else that happens. He joined the Paramount team in November of 2003. Prior to that, Aaron served as youth pastor in churches in Panhandle, Texas, and Cleveland, Texas. He has completed his Master's Degree from Wayland Baptist University.
“I have a passion for students,” Aaron says. “I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than hang out with and invest in the lives of young people.”
Outside of the ministry, Aaron is a huge sports fan, especially of Dallas Cowboys and Texas Tech football. He plays golf and likes to ski. But his main hobby is spending time with his wife, Melanie, and their girls Kealy and Ashley.

Kristi Greenway | Youth Associate
Kristi’s duties at Paramount include heading up a girls’ ministry and overseeing the Middle School. She joined the team in May of 2008 and has a degree in Religious Education and Psychology from Wayland Baptist University.
Kristi was called to ministry when she was 19 and since that time has been involved in many aspects of church ministry. She enjoys gardening, cooking, all kinds of crafts, hanging out with students, and working out. She has been married to her husband, Scott, for 20 years. Their son, Ryan, is in high school and their daughter, Tori, is in middle school.

Karolyn Price | Youth Ministry Assistant
Karolyn “call me K.P.” Price is the glue that holds the entire youth ministry together. From behind-the-scenes work planning special events to remembering to do the stuff Aaron and Kristi forget about, she keeps the ball rolling on many, many levels. Karolyn joined the Paramount staff in 2000.
“I started as the preschool and children’s ministry assistant until God changed my plans,” she says. “But He directed me to work with youth and I answered that call. I love working with students—they’re so energetic and full of life.”
When not at work, Karolyn’s into travel, horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her husband, Joel, and their kids Josh, Meghan, and Alex.
