He’s married to Vanessa and is the father of Trevor and Kaylee. He loves that his job requires strategic planning and creative thought when it comes to making disciples for Christ. What you should know about Darrell: A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University and a Master's Degree recipient from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary, Darrell is the golf-loving, former basketball-playing, ivory-tickling husband of Denise and father of Jordan and Tyler (both of whom are grown). He is the pastor of EXP, our Saturday-night ministry, and enjoys getting to teach every week and experience community with fellow believers. He also enjoys buying and selling houses. What you should know about Joy: Joy is a former English major who graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University. She’s married to Greg and is the mom of Nathan, who attends Texas A&M University. Joy loves getting to spend time with kids. The fact that they put so much effort into playing helps her keep things in perspective. She loves crossword-puzzles, eco-friendly gardening, the beach, and being outdoors in general. She really wishes her office had a window.

What you should know about Aaron: He has undergrad and Master's degrees from Wayland Baptist University (where he was a cheerleader!) and is married to Melanie, a chemical engineer. He’s the dad of Kealy and Ashley. He believes there is no greater reward than seeing a life devoted to following Christ. Besides hanging out with his family, he loves to play golf and go to Texas Tech football games. It’s a good thing he’s in the ministry, because otherwise he’d probably be a skydiver. What you should know about Lance: He is a Hardin-Simmons grad who is married to Lori and is the father of Heath and Blake, who are both exceptional high school athletes. What you should know about Dennis: He has a degree in commercial art, loves all things sports-related, and is the husband of Jamie and the dad of Jordan and Kaycee. As befits a children’s minister, his favorite place to travel is Disney World. In fact, were he not in the ministry, he’d love to be an artist for Disney. Dennis gets “totally pumped” watching kids get excited about worshiping and learning about God. What you should know about Victor: He has been on staff at Paramount since the late 1980s in a variety of roles. He is married to Theresa and is the father of Joy and Landon, both of whom are grown. Victor likes the part of his job that allows him to see people experience the joy of serving one another and finding a meaningful place of ministry. He likes walking and playing golf (often at the same time), and is a big fan of televised football and the Andy Griffith Show. He thinks he might have been an elementary school principal if God hadn’t called him into ministry.

What you should know about David: David has a wide area of responsibility at Paramount, from singles to special adults to missions. He is married to Wendy and is the father of Max, Paige, and Payton. He loves getting to work with so many different people and personalities as a part of his job. He enjoys skiing—especially in the Ouray/Telluride area of Colorado—and is a fan of John Piper and the television show “Fringe.” If he weren’t in the ministry, he might be a professional sports announcer. Or comedian. Or both.
